The 2016 Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs L’Ineffable is redolent of kirsch, plum, game, dried herbs and tobacco. The wilder, slightly animalistic side of Pinot Noir comes through loud and clear. As such, L’Ineffable is a wine for readers who don’t mind that very intense, almost pungent style of Pinot. This is an especially fine release. -VINOUS Nov 2023
