80% Sauvignon, 20% Columbard
The goal here is to produce a fresh, lively drinking wine meant to be drunk over the first couple of years after bottling. From organically farmed grapes in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, where Stéphane Dupuch is blessed with plenty of estate grown fruit to draw off the bunches from younger vines to vinify aside.
The result is a brilliant captivatingly crisp Sauvignon with just enough Colombard to round out the edges. Citrus & melon fruit, bright acidity and surprisingly fine length and grip.
