This is fragrant and supple, showing the characteristic ripeness of the Aube but also the intrinsic finesse of both the variety and the site. It unfolds with silky, sleek refinement, showing a lot of dimension and depth on the palate, and it finishes with complex, floral aromas and long, elegant length. It’s an excellent and expressive wine, and one that should only get better with another few years in the cellar.
