Produced from Beaujolais Blanc wine made from 50+ year old Chardonnay vines. We were very impressed with this wine as it showed full, rich fruit, but was backed up by crisp acidity. Apples and citrus dominate as the palate is left clean and refreshed by this classy sparkler.
