This special cuvée is a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre & 20% Syrah. The Mourvèdre component brings brighter acidity and a high-toned, airy texture to this wine. Ripe tannins follow through without being overly agressive. Fruit is sweet, with some tinges of mineral which keep you coming back.
Bottle unfiltered to capture all that this wine has to offer.
