Aged on its lees a minimum of 7 years, giving the wine its remarkable, yeasty, toasty nose. Shows notes of candied and bright cherry fruit, honey and flowers. In the mouth it is both creamy & rich, but finishes fresh and mineral. This is an iconic expression of Ambonnay Pinot Noir.
