This homage to winemaker Jonatan Garcia Lima’s longtime passion for white Burgundy is produced exclusively from the Las Suertes vineyard. It is mineral, high-toned, but multiple layers of added depth, richness, length and sophistication take this wine to a whole new level. Like great white Burgundy, expect a reductive edge in the nose. Floral, almost exotic aromatics are present as well and they lead into a mineral based, highly tense wine with bracing acidity. Very impressive wine!
