“New/old style of Orange wine made from organically farmed 53 year-old 100% Trebbiano Romagnolo Clone della Fiamma (Flame clone) that is then macerated on the skins in temperature controlled concrete tanks for 20 days with gentle punch downs twice a day. Only 400 cases were made. More savory than fruity for sure and shows what can be done with Trebbiano when it is handled with care and attention.”
