95% Sangiovese, 5% Colorino. Average vine age: 33 years.
Fermentation process lasts 14 days, with a max temperature of 28°C., in open air tanks with temperature control system. The grapes are inoculated with selected indigenous yeasts. After pressing, the wine is aged for 16-20 months in oak barrels.
Transparent ruby and bright, with notes of lavender and cherry, rose hip and pomegranate, has a light dry flower layer. A dynamic vibration of red orange opens the vital sip with its classic tannin designed by an austere but fresh grip. The long finish is tasty and elegant with notes of aromatic herbs, black cherries, mint and licorice root.
