Perfectly ripe grapes from biodynamically farmed vineyards are hand-harvested and gently fermented on their skins for a few days. The wine is then pressed and aged in vat until bottling a year later.
The resulting wine is unique in both its balance and texture from the skin maceration. Plump, but tense at the same time, to the eye, the wine is brilliant yellow in color. Acidity is crisp, but not angular and perfectly integrated. In the mouth it is both full and ripe, but dry and aromatically pure with some herbal notes.
