Produced from estate, biodynamically farmed grapes, this is a delicious blend of typical Provencal grapes: Clairette, Roussanne, Marsanne & Bourbelanc. Fermented & aged in cool, stainless steel tanks, this is a wonderful vintage for whites and rosés in the south of France. Perfect ripeness with good natural acidity is the hallmark of these wines.
The nose is of fresh cut hay, some exotic fruit notes, citrus and a touch of apples. In the mouth it is plenty rich with just enough of a spicy edge to make one think of a fine Châteauneuf du Pâpe blanc. Backed up by firm acidity and more mineral backbone than one usually finds in a southern white. Great food wine!
