Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc, Bourboulenc, etc. Aged in mostly neutral oak with just a bit of new wood, the nose is of white stone fruit, and is very floral. Almost honeyed on the palate, it shows excellent crispness and good length. This is very impressive wine with excellent tension and grip. |
