aromatic expression as here the fruit runs to the red side of the spectrum and while it’s certainly ripe, it’s more restrained with a classic sauvage character. The big and powerful flavors are quite sappy and rather gamey with excellent density and superb length though there is not as yet great complexity. (89-91)/2011+ (burghound Jan. 2005) |
