Co-fermented together and aged in stainless steel vats to retain the freshness of the fruit, each varietal brings and important component to the blend. Drink young, or if you can keep your hands off, age this beauty for 8-10 years.
Fresh aromatics of stone fruit, citrus and some mineral elements lead into a medium full wine with excellent, crisp acidity, some tropical flavors and great length .
