This wine resides somewhere between red and rosé. Old vine Listan Negro is cool-fermented on its skins for a couple of days giving up a delightful chillable red with certified natty Glou Glou pedigree. After light pressing to avoid over extraction, fermentation finishes and aging follows in 500L barrels.
