2017 was harvested and in barrel by the end of September. Harvest was early, with a majority complete by the end of August. The average Brix was of 24.5 and fermented in open top fermenters for 10-14 days.

50/50 blend, this is a rare co-ferment of estate grown Zinfandel and estate grown Syrah highlighting what is special about the vineyard as the terroir transcends the grape varieties.

The artwork depicts the third generation of the Sky family; Archer and Dakota being taught how to scowl by Lore. The name of the wine is a play on the two children and the two varieties.
