Puesta en Cruz is a varietal unique to this appellation.
Brilliant yellow with green tinges the nose shows aromas of white stone fruit with tropical hints and minerals, imparted by the granitic soils. Crisp acidity is the hallmark of this varietal. Saline notes with plenty of minerals back up the citrus and stone fruit flavors. Long, tense and vibrant.
