Les Gravières is one of if not the most prized vineyards in Santenay. It’s ideal exposure and sub-soil bring out the best in Santenay.
Classic White Burgundy, very much in the style of Chassagne, the neighboring village with similar soils. Full style fruit expression with nice minerality, pears, citrus and an excellent potential for aging.
