Elisabetta describes her Canaiuolo Rosato as having the power of a red wine and the finesse and cut of a white wine, and because of that it makes the perfect rosato for any season!
The bouquet opens with raspberries & violets, progressing to orange blossoms and citrus aromatics.
On the palate, it is full bodied, quite dry with well balanced acidity and some warm berry flavors. The finish is long, saline and mineral, which keeps you coming back for more. A great food wine!
